I can not recommend this therapy highly enough ( in an ideal world we should have access to this treatment on the NHS -there would be an amazing amount of healthy happy people ?? and it would save an awful lot of expenditure!)
My advice would be..... Dip your toe in the water and enjoy the changes you will experience.
